Nathalie Conrad is a PhD student at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on the analysis of large electronic health record databases as well as the design of IT-supported care delivery models.
Nathalie has a broad expertise in information technology and healthcare and has previously worked for IBM, Johnson & Johnson Medical as well as a United Nations Agency. Nathalie holds an engineering master’s degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.
In 2018, Nathalie was also awarded The George Institute for Global Health John Chalmers Doctoral Award, a peer-nominated award that recognises outstanding research achievements, in Nathalie's case, the best original paper published in a scientific journal in the past year by a Doctoral Student. The paper is published in The Lancet and is titled 'Temporal trends and patterns in heart failure incidence: a population-based study of 4 million individuals'.
