Daisy Coyle

Daisy Coyle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) in the Food Policy Division at The George Institute. In January 2018, Daisy commenced a Ph.D. at UNSW focusing on evaluating efforts to improve the healthiness of the food supply in Australia.

Daisy’s research interests include evaluating fiscal policies to improve diets, use of sales data to monitor dietary intakes over time, socio-economic disparities in dietary intakes and the impact of public-private partnerships on improving the nutritional quality of the food supply.

Daisy holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Newcastle and Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Metabolism & Physiology) from the University of Sydney.
