The George Institute for Global Health, UK and the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing are hosting a joint seminar series on Older Women’s Health, linked to two new initiatives at the University of Oxford – the Ageing Research Collaborative Hub @ Oxford and the Women’s Health @ Oxford. The series is being convened by Professors Sarah Harper and Robyn Norton

Oxford-India Health Research Network (OIHRN) is an informal network of established and upcoming researchers and students at University of Oxford, engaged in or are aiming to establish research collaborations with health research organisations in India.

India-UK seminars are one hour monthly seminars at The George Institute for Global Health, held over video-conferencing, bringing together our UK and India staff to present and deliberate on a scientific topic.

The George Institute for Global Health UK seminars run between 2.30-3.30pm on Wednesdays during university term-time.

The John Yu Oration and Medal Ceremony is an annual event established to celebrate Dr John Yu’s lifelong devotion to promoting cultural, educational and scientific relationships between Australia and Asia.

Each year, The George Institute for Global Health hosts a World Health Day event to highlight a priority area of public health concern in the world and bring together leading healthcare leaders and thinkers.
